Revisions are accompanied by an Environmental Statement Addendum and updated Technical report Addendums. Main changes include additional 3 residential units and alteration to mix (14 additional 1 bed/ 1 person studio flats, 1 additional 3 bedroom unit, a reduction of 12 No. 1 bedroom units) and elevational and internal alterations including maximum additional height increase of 0.45m.There is a listed building present on this site.
