From this web page you can view information relating to planning applications in the Royal Borough of Kingston in a number of simple to use ways.

Simply select the relevant option below.

Note our database covers all applications received since 1948 up until all current applications. Later applications have more details including scans of decision notices, reports, appeal documentation and plans.

Note where an application is currently in progress you can make comments on it on-line during its consultation period.

Find specific applications

Search the Planning Database - use this to search by application number or to build your own detailed report on the database using multiple criteria (including street, ward, dates etc.)

Run RBK ISIS - use this to search by address, road, post code, application number or by clicking on a property on the map. This service will also tell you about the constraints that effect any property and about building control cases back to the 1880s. You can also interactively view the Council's Unitary Development Plan (including full policy text). The new SITES ANALYSIS facility enables you to view applications outstanding or recently received within your vicinity. NB - opens in a new window and requires Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher.
